Nava Baro comes with over 18 years of extensive experience in public policy, media strategy, government advocacy, crisis management, startup ecosystem development, CSR and stakeholder management. He has worked on major communication campaigns for clients such as Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Tata Motors, Rockwell Collins, and Minda Group. Nava is currently working for the cause of startup incubation and investment, blockchain technology and CSR with special focus on India’s Northeastern region. He has worked with organisations like Edelman and Perfect Relations in the past. Nava is curently engaged as Founder - Northeast India Public Policy Forum; Co-Founder & CEO - Northeast Angels Network; Partner - CoCreate Ventures; Founder – Alliance Mantra Communications; Head of Communications–Government Blockchain Association India; Communications Advisor-CSR Times; Advisor-Web3Assam.
N. C. Bipindra
N. C. Bipindra is a veteran in journalism with over 20 years of experience specialising on military affairs, aerospace and defence economics, diplomacy, national security and strategic affairs. He is the editor of Defence.Capital magazine and has previously worked at the Times of India, New Indian Express, Press Trust of India and Bloomberg News. Lawyer by profession, practices as an advocate in the Delhi-based Courts and Tribunals, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He is also the Chairman of New Delhi-based think-tanks Law and Society Alliance' and 'Indian Strategic Interests Foundation that work on matters such as human rights, legislation, international laws, legal reforms, education reforms, self-reliance and 'Make in India' in the aerospace and defence sectors, and national security and strategic affairs. He is also the Managing Trustee of the New Delhi-based 'Centre for South Indian Studies' which focuses on research on social, cultural, linguistic, economic and political aspects of the six South Indian states and union territories.
Amit Jindal
Amit Jindal comes with over 20 years of experience in M&A, business restructuring, tax and regulatory structuring practice in India. He assists large multinational conglomerates in joint venture structuring with Indian companies from a taxation and regulatory perspective and in processing regulatory approvals. Furthermore, he helps large Private Equity players with their acquisitions in India involving cross-border structuring, funding acquisitions, and corporate tax optimization. Mr. Jindal also helps Private Equity players in inbound investment structuring. Advice included identification of suitable jurisdiction, holding/investment structure, forms of entity at various levels/ jurisdictions, operational structure at India level, carry structure and highlighting key Indian tax and regulatory aspects to be kept in consideration. He is currently engaged as Co-Founder - Felix Advisory and President - Government Blockchain Association India. Prior to this, he used to work with EY. He comes with extensive experience in corporate tax, fiscal, and regulatory matters concerning restructuring and divestment of businesses in India.
Mohd Ujaley
Mr. Mohd Ujaley is a seasoned journalist with over 15 years of experience who has worked with India’s major media conglomerates like The Times Group and Indian Express Group. He has extensively covered government policy regulations pertaining to education, health, technology and different facets of Indian bureaucracy in states and central government. In ETGovernment, he was responsible for editorially overseeing the growth of ETGovernment, and in Indian Express Group, he has immensely contributed to the public sector and government-focused initiatives such as the Technology Sabha
Neha Kachhwaha Mehra
Neha Kachhwaha Mehra is a prominent business leader and board member, known for her extensive contributions to the printing and packaging industry and export development in India. She is the Owner & Promoter of York Print Pvt. Ltd. (YPPL), a major player in the printing and packaging sector with a broad international footprint. Neha manages critical aspects of the business including legal compliance, export management, and HR functions, and plays a key role in expanding the company’s global presence.
She also serves as a Board Member at the Federation of Indian Exports (FIEO), representing the North East region of India. In this role, she addresses the challenges faced by exporters from this region and works to improve export policies and training opportunities. Neha has been actively involved in advocating for regional development and policy enhancements, and has been recognized for her efforts in skill development and industry growth.
Her recent accomplishments include keynote speaking engagements, receiving commendations for her advocacy work, and contributing to international trade discussions. Neha is also engaged in social projects, including child welfare and environmental initiatives, and is involved with the YPO North East Chapter.
Dhrupad Das
Dhrupad Das is a corporate litigator and founding partner of Panda Law with over 15 years of experience specializing in corporate and technology litigations. He focuses on governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, advising emerging tech businesses, including virtual asset service providers, blockchain projects, token issuers, and other technology-driven enterprises operating across India and internationally.
His legal practice addresses the challenges of navigating India's regulatory environment while aligning with international standards for web3 and digital asset businesses. Dhrupad is also a founding member of the Bharat Web3 Association and serves as an advisor to Web3Assam. Dhrupad is also a regular speaker at various platforms on the intersection of law, technology and the ongoing digital transformation.
In addition to his legal work, Dhrupad co-founded Colours of India, a pioneering artist community connecting creators and entrepreneurs within the Web3/NFT ecosystem. He actively contributes to fostering collaboration between art and blockchain technology. A certified permaculture designer and nature photographer, Dhrupad engages in projects that explore the intersection of sustainability, creativity, and emerging technologies.
Sheikh Razaul Islam
Sheikh is co-founder at Digital Notice Media Labs, comes with 12 years of experience in the field of software development, blockchain technology, graphic designing, social media marketing, ecommerce industry, and digital media strategy. He is a serial entreprenuer – Founder of Digital Notice Media Labs, Kartonomy Inc, Crypto News Point, Northeast Angels Network and Web3Assam. He is an early mover in the web3 industry and actively contributes to the global media distribution of emerging Fintech and Blockchain sector positioning them for success on a worldwide scale.
